I can almost guarantee you that the “thin content penalty” has nothing to actually do with your content. It has to do with your site existing for the sole purpose of getting people to click your affiliate links. I would even go further and guess that the site was an Amazon affiliate site.

So it looks like you 301’ed yourself out of Panda just fine (and hopefully corrected the problems that caused it). But Google is aggressively targeting pure affiliate sites with those “thin content penalties”.

cleaned almost 60% content spun and copied content, 226 pages now 120 are alive now all low quality pages deindexed by google url removal tool.

I have another question 1. over using headings with keywords, keyword density of 1 word, two words, lot of my pages contain 1 word repeats 20 times in 1000 words Article, any action to take on that.
