Hey there,
Everything here still works fine.

Panda Tools: This all comes down to making sure that your site doesn’t suck. Give a good user experience, good unique content, no spammy keyword stuffing, and make sure it’s properly structured and you’re good.

Penguin Tools:
If you’ve already been hit then you need to find all of your bad spammy links and put together a disavow file (and hope that it actually does anything).
Use: ahrefs, majestic SEO, Bing webmaster tools and Google webmaster tools to find as many of the bad links as you can.

Great list. Just to add, sg.serpstat.com can come in handy when looking for content titles. I guess it’s worth a look and its a free tool.

From a pricing perspective, Pro Rank Tracker looks good – I’m going to try that out for a month or two and see how it goes.

Nice. I’ve never used Serpbook. Will take a look soon. I’ve also heard good things about this new one: http://proranktracker.com. I know the guys that designed it are pros.
Prices are better than Serpfox for sure.
